Note To My Readers

     After losing 70 pounds I, understandably, get a lot of questions of how I did it. I also get a lot of questions about running-which I love since running is one of my favorite topics! So, this blog is my answer. I don't claim to know everything and, trust me, I am still a work in progress but my hope is that I can inspire others to make the lifestyle change necessary to live long, healthy, and happy lives. If you know anyone who would benefit from this blog or would be interested in it, please share it. If we all work to spread the word we can turn the obesity epidemic in this country into a health revolution!
